The TARS Portal is provided by Duval Asset Management LLC for authorized business use only. By accessing the portal, you agree to use it only for legitimate property management, leasing, document, and operational workflows assigned to you.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, entering accurate information, reviewing documents before sending them, and complying with applicable company policies and laws. You must not share access, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the portal for unauthorized purposes.
Documents and Electronic Signatures
The portal may generate documents and send them through services such as DocuSign. Users are responsible for verifying recipient names, email addresses, document contents, signing order, and any required attachments before sending documents externally.
Third-Party Services
Some portal functions depend on third-party services including DocuSign, Google services, Gmail, n8n, and hosting or automation providers. Availability and processing by those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
No Legal Advice
The portal helps prepare and route operational documents, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Users should obtain appropriate review before relying on documents for legal or business decisions.
Monitoring and Changes
Portal activity may be logged for security, troubleshooting, audit, and operational purposes. Duval Asset Management LLC may update, suspend, or restrict access to the portal at any time, and these terms may be updated as the portal changes.
