Duval Asset Management LLC operates the TARS Portal to support property management workflows, including lease preparation, tenant intake, document generation, and electronic signature coordination. Retention
Records are retained as long as needed for property management, legal, accounting, operational, security, and compliance purposes. Data may be deleted or archived when it is no longer reasonably required.
